CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

A CRM system will allow City Colleges to manage every relationship and interaction we have with students and other constituents in a more insightful and comprehensive manner. Utilizing data and analytics provided through the CRM, CCC staff will be able to more effectively coordinate, track, and deliver services and resources to students, from the first moment a prospective student begins their City Colleges journey through, and even beyond, their time with us.

City Colleges is collaborating with SalesForce and Servio Consulting on the CRM initiative.

In concert with City Colleges’ student-facing systems, the integration of a CRM will allow us to:

  • Improve our ability to attract, admit, enroll, and retain students until graduation
  • Coordinate our services and resources to better serve current students
  • Facilitate the transfer journey to our four-year partners or college of student’s choice
  • Improve our ability to conduct targeted outreach to prospective students
  • Analyze the effectiveness of advertising and outreach
  • Communicate with prospective and current students, with the ability to tailor interactions/correspondence and data collected based on defined attributes or criteria

Phase 1: Admissions

Just as the admissions process is the first step in a student’s City Colleges journey, it is the first focus of the CRM implementation.
